LIVE PERFORMANCE | 'Love Is the Water'

A few pieces of harmonic, rhythmic channeling on the power of love. | January 21, 2026

West Virginia-based folk-chamber ensemble THROUGH THE TREES hosted the group's first 'Branching Out' concert with some special musical guests on January 10, 2026, at Unity of Kanawha Valley in Charleston, West Virginia. In this clip from the show, the ensemble founding members — RAY GARNETT (viola, violin); JIM PROBST (lap dulcimer, cajone); and DOUGLAS JOHN IMBROGNO (guitar, lead vocals) — are joined on the Brother Sun tune 'LOVE IS THE WATER' by RON SOWELL (harmonica, vocals); JEFF HAUGHT (piano); ROBIN KESSINGER (flatpick guitar); KYLE VASS (upright bass); and COLLEEN ANDERSON (vocals).
